Class Participation

 WHAT 

Specifically active class participation means to be engaged in conversation and discussion about the subject matter.  

When a question is asked it is the starting point for discussion.  After the question has been answered, an active class participant would say “what about x.”  That person would give a set of facts and apply the law and give a conclusion.  

-a person who is actively participating, will bring in  a question from their own reading or experience apply the law and give a conclusion.  M
